Purpose

The Referral Partner will provide contacts of potential investors. Expat Real Estate handles all

communication, property information, sales, and after-sales support. The Referral Partner’s role is

only to refer potential customers.

Commission

The Referral Partner will receive €3,000 commission for each successful investment. The

commission is gross and is paid once the bank releases the client’s payment (Kaufpreisfälligkeit).

Commissions must be refunded if a purchase agreement is canceled or reversed.

Independence

The Referral Partner works independently and is not an employee of Expat Real Estate.

General

Changes must be in writing. Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the agreement. German law

applies, with jurisdiction in Koblenz.

Participation in this program confirms acceptance of these terms.
